La Expedición MED ha creado una herramienta educativa para acercar a la población en general y a los jóvenes y niños, en particular, el peligro que corren nuestros mares y océanos actualmente. El objetivo de esta exposición es dar explicación a cómo se transforma el océano en un gran espacio repleto de plástico. Además, cuenta, no sólo con un respaldo divulgativo, sino también, científico resultado de numerosas investigaciones.
De esta manera, esta muestra expositiva está formada por un itinerario de visita clave. En primer lugar, se descubre el origen de los residuos de la exposición, haciendo referencia a la historia del plástico y su llegada al medio ambiente; se realiza un circuito por la acumulación de desechos en el medio marino y su fragmentación; posteriormente se reflexiona sobre los impactos en la vida marina, planeta y sus habitantes. La exposición también incluye acciones y soluciones alternativas sostenibles al plástico para concienciar a los más pequeños.
Toda la muestra cuenta con diversos recorridos que intercalan la interactividad y los datos científicos adaptados a un lenguaje apto y comprensible para cualquier tipo de público, asegurando así que, el mensaje, necesario y urgente, llega a toda la población.
Actualmente, la muestra se encuentra presentada en el Pavillon de l’Eau de París hasta diciembre de este mismo año.

OCÉANS ET MERS PLASTIFIÉS EXPOSITION
The MED Expedition has created an educational tool to bring the general public and young people and children, in particular, closer to the danger that our seas and oceans are currently facing. The aim of this exhibition is to explain how the ocean is transformed into a large space full of plastic. In addition, it has not only an informative but also a scientific backing, the result of numerous investigations.
Thus, this exhibition consists of a key visit itinerary. First, we discover the origin of the waste in the exhibition, making reference to the history of plastic and its arrival in the environment; we follow a circuit through the accumulation of waste in the marine environment and its fragmentation; then we reflect on the impacts on marine life, the planet and its inhabitants. The exhibition also includes actions and sustainable alternative solutions to plastic to raise awareness among children.
The entire exhibition has several routes that intersperse interactivity and scientific data adapted to a language suitable and understandable for any type of audience, thus ensuring that the message, necessary and urgent, reaches the entire population.
The exhibition is currently on display at the Pavillon de l’Eau in Paris until December of this year.
